In his latest effort to ensure Kylie Rittenhouse gets away with murder, alleged son of repatriated WWII German eugenic scientists, Judge Bruce Almighty Schroeder, dismissed the one count for which there is no doubt the young wannabe Hitler Youth recruiter was guilty of: possession of a dangerous weapon by a person under 18.

Schroeder agreed with a defense argument that the killer’s possession of the weapon could be excused under a hunting exemption, without acknowledging that Rittenhouse had gone to Kenosha, WI, to hunt antifa terrorists disguised as peaceful protestors. He also forbid the prosecution from any mention of Rittenhouses existence prior to August 25, 2020.

The protests, by the way, were in response to the botched police execution of Jacob Blake who was shot 7 times in the back at close range for obstructing the trajectory of those same bullets. That’s the Rule Of Lawyers for you!

Shroeder, no relation to alt-right Silver Spoons child actor Ricky Schroeder, had previously barred the prosecutors from referring to the corpses Rittenhouse created with his illegally obtained & possessed AR15-style rifle as “victims,” while allowing those same corpses to be called rioters, looters, arsonists, & Godless heathens.

He disallowed the introduction of evidence that preceded the events of August 25th where Rittenhouse discussed his intention to hunt shoplifters for Christ or swore allegiance to the flag of the United States Of Donald Trump.

He paused the proceedings on November 11 to demand all present applaud a witness for the defense for his service, after first having ascertained there were no other veterans present for the proceedings. The judge encouraged everyone in the courtroom to “give a round of applause to the people who have served our country,” presumbably including those who have gleefully participated in war crimes or lied under oath or been pardoned by the former twice-impeached unindicted co-conspirator who still demands to be reinstated so he can get his magic Sharpie back.

While Vegas bookies originally considered betting on the Rittenhouse trial even odds for being an open & shut case, the smart money is currently going to bets that Rittenhouse & Judge Schroeder are going to produce a complete & total exoneration of Rittenhouse’s actions as a bold & precedent-setting display of support for the NRA position that the 2nd Amendment right to own & bear arms is the most important right ever bestowed by God on man.
