Most sentient humans have understood since the mid-70s that the fossil fuel industry was going to kill us all, one way or the other; either by making the air unfit to breathe, so long as we accepted a commuter economy dependent on fast food & ephemeral services, or anything fit to eat, so long as we accepted our role in the plastic consumer economy & continued to shop unsustainably.
How is a wall going to solve that problem?
The people on “our” Southern border are fleeing our economy, like it or not, & swarming like fleas to our puffy faces to gather moisture from our atrophied eyes.
