Why Can’t Every Country Do This?
Dubai is currently creating rainstorms to cool down the country which often exceeds 115° F. their methods employs drones, which zap clouds with electrical charges to produce rain. I’ve already heard someone asking, why can’t every country do that? Seriously. People actually say that out loud.
In the US, of course, you can be sure the nimrods would want to give the right to control the weather to individual states. As if climate change is disrupting the foundations of our modern plantation economy enough already. Now we’ll have states pitted against each other, trying to show off how good they are screwing Mother Nature.
