They Are Not Sending Their Best Butterflies
Dueling protests over the weekend caused the National Butterfly Center to close indefinitely after receiving credible threats against the staff and several endangered insect species ahead of the “We Stand America” rally that featured several well-known insurrectionists, including former Turdwaffle irrational security deviser Michael “He’ll Eat Anything” Flynn, who has already been convicted once a lying to the FBI and is waiting for another trainload of shoes to drop.
“All these white supremacist assholes do is incite violence,” said under-assistant executive director Francis Floyd Wright, announcing the closure. “We simply can’t risk our lives, the lives of our members and visitors, or the lives of dozens of endangered butterfly populations that this assholes are now blaming for the spread of coronavirus, a totally preventable disease for which we have several effective vaccines.”
Wright says she hopes to reopen the santuary to the public after the ranks of domestic terrorist organization are significantly depleted in the two or three weeks following their maskless super-spreader event. She thanked the “We Can Barely Stand America" & NFAC protestors who offered armed protection against the infected right-wingers, saying the butterflies didn’t want to get involved in partisan bickering.
